    YESTERDAY:
    had our annual road run yesterday.
    i was rather dissapointed by my result.
    cause i was actually recieving alot of expectation from alot of people.
    like:
    -ms yvon tan
    -my mum
    -my yiyi
    and many more.
    lazy to list them out.
    but i got 11th in the end.
    i dropped 5rank!
    ARR~
    and i was doing my reflection why i slow down.
    and i remember becasue i wanted to pee!
    so i slow down.
    afraid that my pee will burst out!
    next year i shall clear my bladder before the run.
    and the worst thing is that aft the run,i had totally no urge of going to the toliet!
    and i need to confess,i did not train.
    even PE,i slack.
    so somehow i deserve it lah.
    and i put on weight lor...
    HAHAHAHAHAHA!
    so i think my legs could no longer carry my weight and run fastx)
    rewarded myself with BEN&JERRY!
    YUMMY!
